Clarios receives AutoZone 2022 Vendor Partner of the Year award

We are both excited and honored to share that this week AutoZone awarded Clarios the company's most prestigious vendor recognition as the 2022 Vendor Partner of the Year. AutoZone is a market leader in the U.S. automotive aftermarket industry with a strong presence in both the retail and commercial businesses and is one of our largest customers globally. The award is given to vendors who separate themselves through innovation, differentiation, collaboration, best-in-class execution and a willingness to always go the extra mile for both AutoZoners and their customers. 

This is Clarios' first Vendor Partner of the Year award from AutoZone. In a time of unprecedented challenges in the macro environment as well as historic growth for AutoZone in the battery category, our Clarios team was able to deliver across all functional groups. Upon receiving this award, AutoZone shared several reasons why we as Clarios received this distinction.

This enabled AutoZone to achieve 12 months of continuous battery growth. 
  • Clarios ensured proactive communication and transparency on supply chain challenges allowing for AutoZone to supplement our supply chain gaps and help shorten our recovery timing. 
  • Clarios developed a best-in-class relationship through multiple dedicated account resources and cross-functional support from supply chain, operations, customer service, marketing, engineering, transportation, quality and finance.
