The Clarios Korea OE and Supply Chain teams' dedication to putting customer service at the forefront of all they do was recognized by the General Motors Korea (GMK) Customer Care and Aftersales group. The team was awarded a platinum Certificate of Excellence, Supplier Status in recognition of outstanding on-time shipping performance in 2021.
Jaehwon Kim, OE account manager for GMK, shared the good news with the Clarios Korea functional teams, recognizing supply chain and Gumi plant operations for their on-time delivery commitment to and relentless engagement of GMK.
"Platinum status is awarded to suppliers who meet 100 percent of GMK's delivery requirements. Very few suppliers are recognized with this yearly award," said Kim. "This recognition affirms GMK's appreciation of our commitment and strengthens our partnership as a trusted and reliable supplier. We would not have been given the award without our dedication to teamwork and collaboration."
