WHAT IS VEHICLE ELECTRIFICATION?
Vehicle electrification means powering vehicle components with electricity vs. a conventional energy source. This goes beyond the drivetrain that lets the vehicle move, enabling other aspects of vehicle performance, including power seats and windows, audio systems, and more.
WHY ELECTRIFICATION MATTERS.
Electric vehicles have the potential to reduce pollutants, decrease our reliance on fossil fuels and pave the way for new, more intelligent vehicle technologies. Electrification also makes vehicles much more efficient, since they can be measured and monitored more easily than traditional systems.
